The Model Guide provides educational content, tools (comp card builder, model type quiz) and a model discovery gallery. Some features are free; others require payment.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Professional accounts require verification before accessing contact features.

3. User Content

When you submit content (reviews, profiles, photos), you:

• Retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it on our platform.
• Confirm that your content is truthful and does not violate any third party's rights.
• Agree that we may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.

4. Model Profiles

• You must be at least 16 years old to create a profile (with parental consent if under 18).
• Photos must be of yourself and must not contain explicit content.
• Profiles are subject to approval before appearing in the gallery.
• You can request removal of your profile at any time.

5. Professional Accounts

• Professional accounts are verified to protect models from fraudulent contact.
• Professionals must represent legitimate businesses (agencies, photographers, brands).
• Misuse of contact features (spam, harassment, fraud) will result in immediate account termination.
• Contact requests are limited to 10 per day.

6. Payments

• Payments for premium features (watermark-free comp cards) are processed by Stripe.
• All prices are displayed before purchase.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use our platform for any illegal purpose.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from our platform beyond what is publicly available.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data.
• Submit spam or misleading content.

8. Disclaimer

Our guides and tools are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes in your modeling career. The modeling industry involves inherent risks, and you should exercise your own judgment when making career decisions.

We are not a modeling agency and do not represent any models. We are an educational platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Model Guide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
